COLOR COATED STEEI
After surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemicaltreatment, etc.), cold rolled strip steel or galvanized strip steel(electric galvanized, hot galvanized, etc.) as the substrate onthe continuous unit is coated with liquid coating by the rollercoating method, and baked and cooled, which makes thecolor-coated steel plate. Types of Color-painted Substrates for Construction
Aluminized zinc substrate
With excellent corrosion resistance, aluminized zinc plate is suitable formaking building panels and can be processed at the level of generalforming, mechanical bite, etc.
Hot-coated aluminized zinc substrate
The coating composition is approximately 55% aluminum, 1.5% silicon,and the rest is zinc. The substrate has excellent corrosion resistance and issuitable for making building exterior panels. It can be processed at variouslevels such as general forming, stamping and deep stamping.
Hot dip galvanized aluminum substrate
The coating consists of 5% aluminum, 0.1% mixed rare earth elements,and the rest is zinc. The substrate has excellent corrosion resistance, goodcoating formability, good coating and welding performance.
Zinc plated substrate
The coating has high purity, good corrosion resistance, thin zinc layer andgood processing performance. It is suitable for making householdappliances, steel windows or indoor partition walls, etc
Type of coating
Prime coat
Primers are divided into polyester primers, polyurethane primers andepoxy primers according to different film forming resins. The mostcommonly used primers are epoxy primers and polyurethane primers,which are processed with zinc chrome yellow, strontium chrome yellowand other antirust pigments.
Finish coat
Use generally polyester resin (PE), high durability polyester resin (HDP),silicone modified polyester resin (SMP), polyvinylidene fluoride resin(PVDF), acrylic resin, polyurethane and good pigments of hightemperature resistance and weatherability. The heat curing crosslinkingcuring system uses methyl ether amino resin or closed type isocyanateresin.
Back coat
At present, it can be divided into 2/1, 2/2 and 2/1M systems in China.2/l system: mainly used for sandwich board. The back can be coated witha layer of prime coat or only a layer of back coat, the coating is required tohave good bonding foaming performance.
2/2 system: mainly used as a single board. Adopt double-coating system ofprime and back coat, and generally foaming performance is not required.

Characteristics of polyurethane modified isocyanurate foam
Good resistance to low temperature and heat
PIR foam can be used at -196°C~+160°C for a longtime, and can withstand temperature up to 200°C ina short time with the size change rate <1%.
Good flame penetration resistance
The thickness of 2.5cm PIR foam board can beburned through by propane flame for 30min, whilethe same thickness of polyurethane sheet will beburned through with a few minutes.
Low smoke when burning,good flame-retardant performance
Compared with polyurethane foam,polyurethane modifiedisocyanatefoam has better ignition resistance,flame spread resistance and burnoutresistance. When burning, a solidcarbonized surface with less smokewill be formed quickly.
Low water absorption
PIR foam has higher closed cell rateand lower water absorption thanpolyurethane foam.
High stability
Different molecular structures, PIRfoams contain more polyisocyanurate chains, which are more stable to heat and most chemical reagents.The isocyanurate chain has excellent temperature resistance and dimensional stability.
